Contact usThe only thing more comfortable than this chair, would be if they made it wider, to accommodate your loved one who's bosom you could nap on.
Customer service is really quick and helpful too. Contacted support for help regarding the armrest at 20pm, got a reply at 9am the next day, including a picture.
After i ordered it i learned that i could have gotten it embroidered, which i would definitively have done if i knew about it earlier.
Lumbar support slips down after getting up and sitting down a few times, but that can easily be adjusted, so no big deal.
All in all, the best chair i could find in a looooong time.

Sehr bequem und man kann stundenlang darauf sitzen
Der Stuhl hat eine wunderbar große und sehr weiche Sitzfläche. Er ist außerordentlich bequem und besonders die zusätzliche Stütze in der Lendenwirbelsäule macht auch längeres Sitzen sehr angenehm.
Déjà possesseurs de l’ancienne version cette version est une grosse update et qu’elle fait du bien meilleur assise , confortable et qualité des matériaux incroyable
