Delivery Process
At checkout, you’ll have the option to choose your preferred delivery method. Available options depend on your location, as well as the size and weight of your order. For more details on shipping methods, check the dropdown menu.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mjölby, Sweden. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You can also find your tracking information in your account.
Smaller packages under 20 kg can be delivered to a parcel shop or pick-up point of your choice. You can select your preferred location during checkout.
This service is available in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.
Cost: €4.95 (If you shop in another currency, the cost will be converted based on the current exchange rate.)
Large packages (or any package weighing over 20 kg) will always be delivered directly to your door. If you prefer, smaller packages can also be delivered to your home.

Delivery Costs
Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping, whether delivered to your home or a pickup point. If you place your order in a different currency, the threshold for free shipping will be adjusted based on the exchange rate.
For orders under €100, shipping costs €9.95 for home delivery and €4.95 for delivery to a pickup point. If you’re paying in another currency, these costs will also be adjusted according to the exchange rate.

There are no additional charges for orders within the European Union. The price shown at checkout is the total amount you need to pay—no hidden fees.
Outside the European Union (Norway, United Kingdom, Switzerland & Åland)
There are no additional charges for orders shipped to Norway, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Åland. All taxes and duties are calculated and included at checkout, and your order is shipped with Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). The price you see at checkout is the total amount you need to pay—no hidden fees or unexpected costs.
