Is the mousepad included?

Absolutely! Every desk comes with a full-surface mousepad.

How do I clean the mousepad?

The mousepad is built to resist stains and spills, but to keep it fresh, we recommend wiping it down with water occasionally. Need a deeper clean? You can machine wash it! Just use a small amount of detergent on a gentle or handwash cycle at no more than 30°C.

Do you sell extra mousepads for the desks?

Yes, we do! You can easily order replacement mousepads for our desks here.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sweden.

How long does delivery take and what is the cost?

Delivery times vary depending on your location but are usually between 1–5 business days. For a detailed list, check out our delivery Information page.

We offer free deliveries on all orders over €100. Orders below this has a standard shipping cost of €4,95 to pick-up points and €9,95 for home deliveries.

What is your warranty policy?

The desk is shaky..

I got an ARENA GAMING DESK for my birthday and i was really happy. I put it ALL togheter and started playing PC games on it. Everything was going well but 1 week later the desk started becoming more and more shaky for no reason. To the point that i can't be able to enjoy playing my games because of how much it shakes. When i move my mouse or type on my keyboard it feels like my desktop is having a seizure. I checked my screws to see if they were all on the right place and they were, but somehow this goddamn desk keeps on shaking. I am really dissapointed to the point that i had to give this a 1 star review... 400$ wasted, don't buy this. You can get a much better and cheaper desks from IKEA and a one that doesn't shake. All these good reviews are overrated and im surprised how i can be the only one with this problem.
