How does it work?
Step 1.
Send your design
First you need to send us your design via the form you can find further down.
The higher quality design you send us the easier and faster it will be for us to help you to digitize it and to check how it will look as an embroidery.
Most file formats will work but we recommend Adobe files such as AI, EPS and PDF or high resolution files with the format PSD, EPS, TIFF or JPG.
Step 2.
Digitizing
Before your design can be embroidered onto the chair, we need to transform it into an embroidery file through a process called digitizing.
During this step, we may need to simplify certain elements of your design to ensure it translates well into stitches. Additionally, we'll match the colours in your design to the thread colours we have available, ensuring the final result looks as close as possible to your original vision.
During this process there will most likely be some communication back and forth to ensure you are happy with the final design.
Step 3.
Mock-up
Now that we have the final version of the embroidery file, it's time to create mock-ups!
A mock-up is a digital preview of how your design will look once embroidered on the chair. This helps you visualize the placement, size, and overall appearance of the design before we proceed.
We’ll provide you with a few mock-ups options to ensure you’re happy with the final result before we continue. And if you have looked at a particular chair model we will of course use it for the mock-ups.
And up to this point nothing is binding!
Step 4.
Placing your order
At this stage, your design and placement will be finalized!
Before we can start embroidering your chair, we’ll need to create your custom order manually.
The price depends on the size and complexity of the design, but as a general guideline, it typically ranges between 40 and 100 Euros, in addition to the chair's price. Once your order is set up, you can proceed with the purchase, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Step 5.
Embroidery
Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll get started on embroidering your chair!
All embroidery is done in-house, ensuring high quality and a quick turnaround. However, depending on the number of orders we’re handling, it may take a few days to complete the embroidery before your custom chair is ready to ship.

The red dotted squares marks the available areas to place your design on. Note that the squares do not show the maximum size for the embroidery. See size-options above.
Avanti Soft Fabric™
The Avanti can only be embroidered on the back of the chair.
Torretta Series
The models from the Torretta Series can only be embroidered on the back of the chair.
Vernazza Soft Fabric™
The Vernazza Soft Fabric™ can only be embroidered on the back of the chair.
Vernazza Supersoft™ & SoftPU™
The Vernazza Supersoft and SoftPU can be embroidered on both the front and the back of the chair.
Vernazza XL Soft Fabric™
The Vernazza XL Soft Fabric™ can only be embroidered on the back of the chair.
Vernazza XL Supersoft™ & SoftPU™
The Vernazza XL Supersoft and SoftPU can be embroidered on both the front and the back of the chair.
