How can I tell if the part is compatible with my chair?

For Arozzi chairs, compatibility is easy to confirm! Just check the sections labeled “Original Part for Models” and “Compatible with Models” above. If your chair model is listed, the part is guaranteed to fit.

For chairs from other brands, we recommend checking the measurements provided and comparing them to your current part to ensure a proper fit.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sweden.

How long does delivery take and what is the cost?

Delivery times vary depending on your location but are usually between 1–5 business days. For a detailed list, check out our delivery Information page.

We offer free deliveries on all orders over €100. Orders below this has a standard shipping cost of €4,95 to pick-up points and €9,95 for home deliveries.

What is your warranty policy?

Very good service

I bought two sets of wheels but only got one pair at first. But after contacting them the send a new pair to me at ones. It was really good service and I would definitely buy from this place again. If I could give 4.5 stars I would have because this was excellent service just the annoyance of not getting my full order in one go pulling down half a star.

Ps. I got two free caps as a kind of apology for the trouble. I really appreciate the thought but since I don’t really use caps it was a bit of a waste to give me two.
